| our friend scott gave eli his first lesson. we are SO THANKFUL for his help. besides not knowing the first thing about skiing, it would have been extremely difficult to teach from a snowboard. scott, you were such a blessing! here they are going up the magic carpet… |

| trevor and eli…these guys have a great time together. after trevor’s lessons, eli said, “common’ trevor. let’s go do a few laps!” they had a good time skiing and giggled at each other the whole way home. |

| by the end of the day…he was skiing! he told adam that it was the “funnest day ever.” you don’t know how happy that makes me! |

ReplyDeleteFrom Trevor: "That's when me and Eli skiied until night time. He is good. He is gooder than everybody. Even as good as me" He also explained to me that Eli taught him how to do a "lightning strike" which involves a jumping up and a specific foot stance. These two speak each other's language, don't they?
ReplyDeleteWe had such a good day, too! Scott was STILL cherishing the time at Bogus this morning. He said, "That was so much fun!!" And I know he counts it an honor to help Eli learn how to ski.
Keri, that's a GREAT way to put it..."they speak each others language." And it was beyond sweet of Trevor to think that Eli is as good as him, I guess what they say is true, love IS blind:)
