| my mom gave me this old quilt from my grandma camp. it's a scrap quilt and funky in all the right ways. it hadn't been washed in a looooong time, so i threw it in the washing machine...it.fell.apart. luckily the top and back stayed together, but the batting was in a ball in one corner of the quilt. so i took it apart and it ended up being a good thing because i was able to patch all the worn and torn parts, add nice, cotton batting and a cute binding. |
