| the top part of multnomah falls was still closed due to the fire last year. but at least we were able to get this far. grandpa was a horse, always 20 steps ahead. not bad for an 84 year old. |

| i couldn't let this post end without telling you about grandpa's new best friend. zoe here followed him everywhere. she always wanted to sit by him and snuggle. it was hilarious. |
