the house

my brother hooked us up with an amazing house in an amazing location. we stayed just outside of poipu, on the southern side of the island. it's called the "dry" side, but it rained almost every morning and was green and beautiful. this is a picture of the house that i took from the kayak. it sits up on a small cliff on a river that flows to the ocean.

the river mouth was a local hangout for the sea turtles. they would nap on the rocks and swim around in the river. it was such a sweet spot.
