Easter

we had a really nice Easter.  the kids are getting older.  they understand more.  they “get it” as much as one can.   we made resurrection cookies on Easter eve.  each ingredient had a verse that went along with it.  as they put each ingredient in, Adam read the verse.  then they “sealed” (taped) the oven/tomb and left them in there over night.  in the morning we unsealed the tomb and enjoy the cookies, which have a hallow space in the middle representing Christ's empty tomb.  this will definitely be a tradition from here on out.

one cool thing about buying a house in the fall/winter is that when spring comes your yard has surprises for you…

we celebrated Passover with some friends again this year.  making the unleavened bread…

we celebrated two of our cousins this weekend….bailey turned three!

it's here! spring! our favorite time of year. jake spent the night last night and we went exploring...
