these are the flowers he's been picking for me. i just put a bowl on the counter and he's been adding more to it here and there. i love that he knows how to treat a lady.

nothing says class like a lawn chair in the front yard...

i've been wanting one of these with cup holders for the the upcoming river season, so adam got me this cute pink one for mother's day. i know, where am i at in life when i get a lawn chair for mother's day and am excited about it? here, that's where i am. it's a good spot.

we had the wiebers over a few weeks ago, it was a really fun evening visiting and playing...i just came upon this picture and had to post the cuteness

holland is such a sweet friend. she really took an interest in lyla and played with her much of the evening. when lyla fell on the slide stairs holland valiantly tried to catch her. unfortunately, lyla went crash and the tears came...first from lyla, then from holland. if anyone wants to know what a "what are you crying about?" look looks like, just ask lyla. she can do one pretty well. she didn't quite understand what happened there, but i did. i'm so happy that lyla has friends that care for her.
