good way to spend the last full day with the taylor fam... |
we always have to stop at our spot for a snack |
our everydays
we saw a bald eagle pretty close and got some good pics, not until we got home and downloaded the pictures did we notice the second one to the left. facepalm. |
fun day on the lake with this crew... |
pretty ladies... |
oh my gosh, this girl. she still has such a since of self that i hope she maintains as she grows. love her silly, spunky, introverted, witty personality. she's a special one. |
love these two. so thankful to be their daughter... |
lyla, age (almost) 10...
“i’m getting really good at stairs. all of my friends have them, so i’m getting a lot of practice.”
this is kind of a big deal for a person who can do backflips yet has a difficult time keeping upright on flat surfaces;)
|
we hit bogus for a day of coasting, bungie tramp, tubing, climing and lift riding. it was warm, but nothing like the valley. live music was a plus:) |
this bungie thing was a blast. so.much.laughing. |
the tramps messed up eli's stomach so bad that lyla had to rock climb solo... |
summer tubing doesn't compare to winter tubing, but we had to give it a go |
floating is a fav around here. this was our second day on the river, but it never gets old to me:) bummed i didn't get pics of the adults. twylla, grandma and papa came with us. |
we LOVE the 4th. LOVE America. LOVE bike parades and fireworks and family and friends...all ready to ride! |
lyla, zoe and esther |
we took a float with the hills and swans (and half of boise!). it was so busy, but once we were on the river it was just perfect |
really cool firework display. they had ones we had never seen before |
since i like to go to the big fireworks downtown on the 4th, we celebrate with our own show on the 3rd. we had a ton of fun with this crew. |
the fireworks dispensary |
fun people... |
these two are the best of buds these days. they didn't even do most of the fireworks, snuggling on a blanket with their stuffed animals was much more fun. |
these guys were the exact opposite of what was going on above... |
the 4th of July is this guys happiest day of the year...yes, way above even Christmas. |
oh, the joy... |
