emily’s vist

my little cousin, emily, came to visit a few weeks back just in time for all the snow.  she and the kids built this awesome snow man but by the next day he was lookin’ a little slim:)

she wanted to learn how to snowboard so up we went.  we had some CRAZY weather, but great snow.  she did a fantastic job! us…adam, lyla, me, eli, emily, yogi and my dad.

we also celebrated yogi’s birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOGI!!!

lyla loved having emily here….come back soon!!!!

ski lessons

eli is enjoying ski lessons this year.  his teacher is good and his class is small, a great combination.  we’ve noticed a lot of improvement in just the last few weeks.  yay him!  adam caught him at just the right moment today…

after ski lessons we meet up with his friends who are taking boarding lessons to ride for a bit…

i'm so thankful for days like these.  and extra super thankful that Bogus does homeschool ski lessons!
